Great-sized and huge room and bathroom with a bath. Brilliant food for dinner and breakfast. Good service, very amiable staff❤🙂

The queen room was spacious and modern, equipped with central heating, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea facilities, as well as private bathrooms with a bathtub.

good location(considering proximity to the city center and attractions around garda lake), nice room with balcony, friendly stuff- they ammidiatelly changed our room because it was too noisy

We got great value for our money at Hotel Rivus. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony. The location was perfect, just a lovely 15-minute stroll along the river to the town center. The reception staff were welcoming and extremely helpful.

The breakfast could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The shuttle provided by the hotel did not came to pick us up as agreed.

There are 3 motorways surrounding the hotel so be prepared to stay with windows closed. There are a lot of mosquitos, anyway :) Safe deposit box was locked with dead battery so we couldn't use it. Staff promised they will fix it, but never did. There is no wireless internet in the room, just wired one.

The staff at this hotel were extremely polite, friendly and welcoming. They were very accommodating, going out of their way to assist me during my stay. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great view of the river.

The hotel was fairly large, clean and had nice breakfast. The room was great modern with balcony, beautiful view and a third single bed, had a GOOD night's sleep. The location in the centre of the city was decent.

Beside the motorway, so very noisy during nightime, had to keep bacony door closed.

We recently had a romantic escape and we were impressed by the comfortable and spacious room with a beautiful view. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the town center and right by the scenic river. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the nice breakfast that was included with the room.

The noise from the busy road outside our room was quite loud and disrupted our sleep. we were disappointed that the Wi-Fi was not free, and the lack of do not disturb signs in the room resulted in some miscommunication with the housekeeping staff.

Room is spacey and clean with nice balcony, but try to get a room with lake view, otherwise you will have your evening wine looking at 2 busy highways. Good breakfast. Free parking and easy to get hotel by car. Good price/quality rating.

Check-out at 10 am is too inhumane. Despite good soundproofing you can hear the highway's life during the night - book rooms on other side of hotel, there should be nice lake view. TV programs are too few.

Had a great stay for a shorter visit with friendly staff. My room was neat and featured a magnificent view of the river and mountains. - Everything was good and met my demands.

The Hotel Rivus is quite comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was good and rooms were clean.
